The hosts were friendly! The room was super clean and had lovely, colorful details. I especially loved the wide range of tea bags and snacks that were available. The location proved to be very convenient.

The coffee provided was just instant, and I'd have preferred a better quality option.

the breakfast had superb choices. the staff were cute. the beautiful room was very clean with good furnishings

the wifi was poor i could not watch videos continuously. i contacted customer services they told me to log in to another wifi provider using the same password. this advice proved impossible the wifi is poor at the hotel

Check-in was very quick and easy. The room was super clean and very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities were available, and I found two lovely armchairs.

The room was very hot and humid, even with the window open and the fan provided. I struggled to sleep on the second floor. The temperature was around 22 degrees outside, so I can only imagine how bad it gets..

The room was equipped with a modern shower and a selection of toiletries. I found a wide assortment of teas, coffees, and biscuits in my room. The location provided easy access to nearby amenities.. The room had blackout curtains, a big advantage.

The absence of an elevator made navigating luggage a little tricky.
